   Introduction to understanding Kabbalah Charms

Amongst the many approaches of  Judaism I advocate the basic approach of "The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him sincerely". The line is open. There is no need for an intermediary.

                                ---------------------------------

"I will set him on high because he has known my name. He shall call upon me and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him" (Psalm 91;14-15).

"he has known my name"- this is a code of action- codes and symbols which in-depth study and the ability to activate them enables each one of us the knowledge and the ability to activate complete techniques for healing, defense and positive change.

                                ----------------------------------

The system of these symbols connects us to the source of strength through which we receive the ability to receive all the good that creation has to offer us while improving our material and emotional situation.

                                ----------------------------------

In addition to the prayers ("to all who call upon Him in truth") it is customary to make use of helpful intermediaries known as "segulot".  These intermediaries include objects, special actions and the reading of verses of prayer. Hidden within these verses are combinations of G-d's names (codes) which have the power to bring down upon he who says them an abundance of Divine good ready for the purpose at hand for which he requests Divine intervention.

                                ----------------------------------

The Talmud (tractate Shabbat, chapter 6, page 66) specifies a wide variety of "segulot" consisting of gems, plants and  spells for the healing of the sick, such as the plant "puah" which treats malaria and the gem "tekufah" which prevents miscarriages.

                                ----------------------------------

Amulets and objects such as those in the system of symbols are the receiving vessel of of all those prayers, "segulot" and spells. They create a connection of energy between the owner of the amulet or "segulot" objects which he holds or which are near him.

The choice of "segulot" within the varied possibilities must be made in accordance with the personality of the applicant, his needs and the level of defense that is required

The amulets are a receptacle for all of our needs. They create a connection and energized activity for the fulfillment of our requests and desires and they contain the combination of Names and seals which have the power to activate them and to obtain Divine influence for the purpose for which they are needed. The amulet connects us to the power source through which we   receive all the good that is within creation through the improvement of our material and emotional situation. The amulet as a source of power in and of itself is presented on a "stone" which is an energized infrastructure and a receptacle with tremendous power in itself. During his journey our father Jacob, when he sought to take a nap, chose to rest his head on a "stone":
"And Jacob took one of the stones from that place and placed it under his head and lay in that place"

The next morning following the inspirational dream of "Jacob's ladder" and the Divine revelation, Jacob takes the "stone" upon which he rested his head and erected it as an altar: "And he took the "stone" upon which he had rested his head and erected it as a monument and poured oil upon its head". Later, at the moment of the revelation at Mt. Sinai, we are commanded to build an altar only out of "stone"

"an altar made of stone you shall make for Me".

In a numerical discovery I found that to lighten your eyes to the power of the infrastructure upon which we set the amulet "stone".
The name of the Creator (yud-hey-vav-hey) equals 53.
"Stone (even in Hebrew) also equals 53.
